Shipping and Delivery
-Our normal processing time is 5-7 business days.
- Holiday Shipping: Any order placed between November 22nd,2020 - March 15th, 2021 will be processed within 10-15 business days.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE MAY BE DELAYS ON SHIPPING DUE TO COVID-19.
-If you live in an apartment building please clearly NOTE your apartment number in the address field.
-Shipping available to all 50 States
-International Shipping is also available.

-Due to Covid-19 there will be NO refunds/returns/exchanges at this time.
-If there are any issues with your order please email email@example.com. Please allow 1-2 business for a response.
-Additional fees may apply depending on decisions made by management
-Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item arrives with us.
-Pre-Orders will ship within an estimated 25 business days. This turn around time will not include weekends or holidays.
-Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur, mainly due to garment sourcing & shipment held because of Covid-19.
-Unapologetically PHAT is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to Pre-order an item. So please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations. We will, however, update you after Pre-order when your items are available for shipping
Custom Order Policy
-Custom orders will ship within an estimated 15 business days. This turn around time will not include weekends or holidays.
- ALL LOGOS ARE DONE IN GLITTER
-You can request for non glitter options when submitting order
-Custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the order has been placed. We get started working on the order as soon as possible.
-We are not able to exchange or accept returns on any custom made or used items.
-If you receive an item that seems to have a manufacturer defect please reach out as soon as possible and refrain from using/wearing the item. We will need a photo of the area of concern and we will make sure to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
