I chose the pick up option, when can I pick up my order? 

- A message will be sent via text message when items are ready for pickup.

- Hours may vary.

- Full address will be disclosed in text message.

- Please make sure the phone number on order is active.

What is your return policy?

~Custom orders can NOT be refunded or exchanged.
~Please contact us at phat.guuurl@gmail.com and someone will get back to you within 48 hours

How long does shipping take?

~Collection garments are shipped out with in 10-15 business days after the payment is processed and received. 

~Shipping is done on business days (Mon-Fri). 

~The weekends and holidays are not a part of the shipping process.

-COVID-19 is still effecting shipping times and may cause delays on shipments.
